Course Description

This course explores consortium agreements in building contracts, covering their definition, adaptation, and key pillars. Participants will examine the purpose of consortiums, various types, and their advantages and disadvantages. Challenges, including amendment possibilities, breach effects, and differences from similar systems, will be discussed. Moreover, the course includes a focus on dispute resolution within consortium agreements and provides insights into consortium contracts in building contracting, concluding in a model consortium contract.
