* Compliance with any stated prerequisites. Knowledge Nexus reserves the right to refuse, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any course where necessary. 

5. Fees and Payment 

 All fees are stated in the applicable currency displayed at the time of registration. 

 Payments must be made through approved payment methods. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: 

* Full payment must be received before course access is granted. 

* Certificates may be withheld until all outstanding fees have been paid. * Any applicable taxes or governmental charges shall be borne by the participant or sponsoring organization. 

6. Fees, Refunds, and Course Replacement 

Fees All course fees must be paid in full before access to the course or training materials is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

Non-Refundable Fees All fees paid to Knowledge Nexus are **final and non-refundable**, regardless of whether the participant completes the course, accesses the course materials, or withdraws after registration. No refunds will be provided for, including but not limited to: 

 * Change of mind; 

* Failure to attend or complete a course; 

* Failure to meet technical requirements on the participant's device or internet connection; 

* Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances. 

Technical Errors or Content Issues 

If a course becomes unavailable due to a technical error attributable to Knowledge Nexus, or if Knowledge Nexus determines that a course contains a material technical or content-related issue that significantly affects the learning experience, Knowledge Nexus will, at its sole discretion, provide the participant with access to an equivalent or replacement course of equal or greater value at no additional cost. 

Providing a replacement course shall constitute the participant's sole remedy, and no refunds, credits, or monetary compensation shall be payable in relation to such technical or content issues.

7. Online Learning and Digital Access For online courses and e-learning programmes: 

* Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. 

* Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. 

* Downloading, copying, recording, distributing, or reproducing course content without written permission is prohibited. 

* Access periods may be limited according to the course description. Knowledge Nexus may suspend access where misuse is detected. 

8. Certification and Attendance 

 Certificates, completion records, CPD/CLPD certificates, or other credentials may be issued subject to: 

* Attendance requirements. 

* Completion of assessments. 

* Meeting course objectives. 

* Compliance with payment obligations. Knowledge Nexus reserves the right to withhold certification where requirements are not met. 

9. Intellectual Property 

 All website content, course materials, presentations, videos, assessments, logos, graphics, text, training manuals, and learning resources are the intellectual property of Knowledge Nexus or its licensors. Users may not: 

* Copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or exploit any content; 

* Create derivative works; 

* Remove copyright notices; 

* Use materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. All rights are reserved. 

10. User Conduct
